2 lb. ground buffalo
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 (10.5 oz) can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (15 oz) can Chili Beans

Directions:
1. Brown ground buffalo. Add all ingredients except chili beans and simmer for 20 min. Add beans and continue to cook for another 10 min. Test for flavor and adjust if needed. Can add salt if necessary. Serve over mashed potatoes.
