4 c. thick noodles (cooked)
1 c. pork, thinly sliced (chicken or beef can be substituted)
6 T. vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 c. cauliflower, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
4 eggs, beaten

Sauce mixture:
3 T. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sweet soy sauce
2 T. light soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation: Put 4 T. of vegetable oil into wok or deep frying pan cook at medium heat until hot. Add crushed garlic and pork. Stir fry for 2 minutes.Add noodles until brown and soft. Add all vegetables and sauce mixture. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove from pan. Add remaining oil. Cook eggs for 1 minute, then replace all cooked ingredients into pan. Stir fry together for 2 minutes. Serve hot
