2 lbs. cubed stew meat
4 cubed potatoes
5 cubed carrots
3 cubed celery stalks
1 lg. or 2 sm. onions cut into chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 box dry onion soup mix
1 soup can of dry red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the stew meat in a couple Tb. of cooking oil. Add the vegetables. In a large mixing bowl mix the soups and wine. Pour over the meat and vegetables. Cook covered in the oven for 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. or in a cock pot for 8 - 10 hrs.
