3 c. water
1 stick cinnamon
1 c. white rice
1 can of evaporated milk
1/2 can condensed milk
1/2 c. port wine
thin pieces of orange peel
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water in saucepan along with the orange peel, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. When it comes to a boil add rice. Simmer on low heat until water evaporates. Add evaporated milk and the condensed milk, stirring constantly. Add the port wine. Cook until it has thickened. Put mixture into a dish and dust the top with cinnamon. Serve cold.
