1 1/4 cups firmly packed light pbrown sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 all-vegetable shortening
3 T milk
1 T vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
8 ounces white baking choclate, chopped decorative candies

heat over to 375º. Place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies. Combine brown sugar, peanut butter, 1/2 cup shortening, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed untl well blended. Add egg. Beat again until blended. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended. Divide dough in half. Form each half into a ball. Place 1 ball of dough onton center of ungrased pizza pan or baking sheet. SPread dough with fingers to form a 12-in circle. Bake on baking sheet at a time at 375º for 10 to 12 minute, or until lightly browned. Make sure not to overbake. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove with large spatula to foil to cool completley. Melt white chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat at 30-second intervals until white chocolate is melted.
Spread metled whte choclate on center of cooled cookies to with 1/2 inch of edge. Decorate with candies. And let set
