Sliced Onion 1/4 inch thick
Sliced Orange 1/4 inch thick
salt and pepper
6 pork chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
6 tablespoons of ketchup
6 tablespoons of brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat and salt and pepper chops. Pan fry until seared and place in baking dish. Add onion and orange slice, tbsp of ketchup, and tbsp of brown sugar on each of the chops. Cover with foil and cook at 375 F for 35 to 40 minutes.
