3 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
3 c. flour
1 T. vanilla
2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix margarine, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Add flour, chopped nuts, and potato chips. Shape cookie dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place onto ungreased baking pan. Flatten each cookie with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
