1 package (13 oz.) Golden Brand frozen blintzes (cheese or fruit)

3 eggs

½ cup sour cream

2 tablespoons butter (melted)

2 tablespoons orange juice

1 tsp. vanilla

2 tablespoons sugar

©Pre heat oven to 375. Grease an appropriate size deep baking pan. Place the contents of a package of Golden Brand frozen blintzes on bottom of pan. Put rest of ingredients in blender and blend until creamy. Pour over blintzes. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 F for 35 to 45 minutes, or until puffy and brown.
