1 Cup Flour
1 Egg
Pinch of Salt
Half of Eggshell of Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together to make a stiff dough. Roll out on lightly floured board till very thin. Let dry till leathery, then cut into desired size noodles and let dry completely.

You can use a noodle maker with this recipe, but you have to flour the noodles between rolling or they are to much like store bought.
