Very thinly sliced chicken breasts. 6-8 lbs
3 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
1 Lg can plain bread crumbs
2 to 3 tsp minced garlic in oil
1 Bunch Italian parsley- cut up one handful
3 to 4 oz grated parsesan reggiano cheese
salt, pepper, oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dip very thinly sliced chicken breasts or fillets into mixture of eggs
and milk. Mix together: bread crumbs, garlic, chopped parsley,
romano cheese, salt and pepper. Fry in vegetable oil med-hi til
golden and crispy outside. Paper towel to absorb.
