4-5 medium potatoes, scrubbed & cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1 small onion, thinly sliced 3/4 tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/3 c. olive oil parsley
Preheat oven to 375º. In a large bowl, toss potatoes and onion with seasonings. Drizzle olive oil and coat well. Pour mixture into 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
