1 TABS VINEGAR (WHITE)
2 CUP SUGAR
1 TSP OF PEPPERMINT EXTRACT
A FEW DROPS OF GREEN FOOD COLORING

Directions:
Directions:
BRING WATER,VINEGAR AND SUGAR TO BOIL. COOK UNTIL IT REACHES 300 ON A CANDY THERMOMETER. REMOVE FROM STOVE AND CAREFULLY ADD PEPPERMINT AND FOOD COLORING. POUR ONTO A COOKIE SHEET THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH PAM (DO NOT USE BUTTER).

YOU CAN USE OTHER FLAVORS JUST REDUCE THE VINEGAR IN 1/2 AND ADD 2X AS MUCH FLAVORING. LIKE LEMON, RASPBERRY,CHERRY.
