3 c. peeled, sliced peaches
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions:

Heat oven to 425º. Combine peaches, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice in bowl and mix together. In small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and pecans. Mix butter into pecan mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle a third of pecan-butter mixture on bottom of pie shell. Cover with peach mixture. Sprinkle remaining pecan-butter mixture on top. Bake 15 min. Reduce heat to 350º and continue baking for 30 min. (Place baking sheet on shelf below pie to catch drips.)
