4 Granny Smith apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 plain pastry

Crumb topping:
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut apples in 1/8 slices and arrange in a pastry lined pan. Mix the 1/2 cup of sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples.

For the topping: Mix all ingredients until crumbly. Put on top of the apples.

Bake at 400 for 50 minutes.
