1 9 in. pie shell
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs , beat whites till stiff and set aside .
Beat egg yolks till thick and lemony . Add sugar , lemon juice and rind . Add flour and milk ,alternately . Add salt and fold in whites.
Bake at 375 till top springs back. About 45 min.
