8 medium jalapeņo peppers
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can crab meat or shrimp
Garlic Salt to taste
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro-chopped
8 slices uncooked bacon


Directions:
Directions:
Slice jalapeņos lengthwise and remove stems and seeds. Mix softened cream cheese, crab meat or shrimp (can use 1/2 can of each if you like), Cilantro and garlic salt. Fill each 1/2 of pepper with cream cheese mixture. Cut slice of bacon lengthwise and wrap filled egg with bacon. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes.
