Ingredients:  
1 can Rotel , drained (diced tomatoes with green chiles)
1 can Mexicorn, drained (corn with red peppers)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup mayonaise or salad dressing
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch chili powder
