1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Rotel (mild)
2 cans pinto beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can white corn, undrained
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 c. water
1 packet Ranch seasoning
1 packet taco seasoning
Chili powder, parsley, pepper, cumin - to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion.
Mix all ingredients in large stockpot.
Simmer for at least 2 hrs.
Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream and/or Fritos.
