2, 10 inch tortillas
5 ounces Monterey jack cheese
5 ounces Cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup green onions
1/4 cup black olives
Cracked pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Lightly brush tortillas with olive oil. Place on baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes on each side until crisp and golden.
Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350. Top each tortilla with 1/2 the tomato, basil, onion, olives and cheeses. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
