First layer:
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
Melt on low heat; spread in 9 x 13 inch pan and put in refrigerator to cool.

Second layer:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
Boil for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add:
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend well and spread over first layer. Crush 1 cup peanuts and sprinkle over the top.

Third layer:
Melt 25 caramels and 2 Tablespoons milk over low heat; drizzle over peanuts.

Fourth layer:
Repeat first layer. Cool very well before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
