Apples
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping:
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slice enough apples to nearly fill a 7 x 11 inch pan or shallow baking dish. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Mix sugar, flour and butter until it looks like coarse meal. Spread on top of apples. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes at 350.
