3/4 c. Hershey's Cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. (12 oz. pkge) Reese's Peanut Butter Chips

Directions:

Stir cocoa and baking soda in mixing bowl. Blend in 1/3 c. melted butter. Add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens. Stir in sugar, eggs, and remaining 1/3 c. melted butter; stir until smooth. Add flour, vanilla, and salt; blend completely. Stir in peanut butter chips. Pour into lightly greased 13X9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 min. Cool completely; cut into bars.
