1 Can Spam - Sliced (8 slices)
1 Med. Onion (chopped)
6 Med. Potatoes Peeled & sliced
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1 Can Celery Soup
1 Cup Milk
Pinch of Parsley
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
In bowl add soups and milk, mix well - set aside.
In a 2 quart sauce pan "layer potatoes, onions, sliced spam, continue to layer ending up with sliced spam. Parsley sprinkled on top. Bake in
over for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
