2 C chopped cooked chicken
1 C celery, chopped and sautéed in butter
1 C cooked rice
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
3/4 C mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 C slivered almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and put in un-greased casserole.

Topping:
Mix 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/2 stick margarine

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
