1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil or thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 large baking potatoes (10 ounces each)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, and herbs together. Halve potatoes lengthwise. Brush surfaces with lemon-butter mixture; then dip into cheese mixture. Place coated side down in a spoke pattern on a glass plate. Microwave on high for 14-16 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn once, until potatoes are tender and edges are lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes.
