16 oz. box of elbow macaroni
2 lbs lean hamburger
2 small onions, chopped
2 green pepers, diced
28 oz can of diced tomatoes
26 oz jar garlic & herb spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Boil macaroni in 6 quarts of water until soft. Drain and set aside. Brown hamburger meat and add onion & green pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add macaroni. Spice to taste. Add processed cheese if desired or when reheated.
