10 lbs potatoes 1 32 oz. jar dill pickles 1 32 oz. jar salad dressing 10 hard boiled eggs salt, pepper, vinegar & mustard to taste.
Peel and dice potatoes. Add to cold water and bring to boil. Boil until still firm, but slightly soft. Drain. Finely chop the dill pickles and add to potatoes (with a little of the juice). Add salad dressing and spices to taste.
