Crust:
2 cups unsifted flour
1 1/2 cups oats
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened

1st Layer:
1-2 oz. package cream cheese, softened
Add: 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup concentrated lemon juice
Spread over baked crust.

2nd Layer:
2-12 oz. jars Viki's Montana Classics Flathead Cherry Preserves.
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring

Pre-heat oven to 350.
With mixer beat flour, oats, and 3/4 cup sugar and butter until crumbly. Set aside 1 1/2 cups mixture; press remaining mixture on bottom of greased 9" X 13" pan. Bake 15 minutes until lightly browned.
While crust is baking, with mixer beat 'till fluffy the 1st layer. Spoon the 2nd layer over the 1st layer. Top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.

Variation:
Cut into large squares. Serve warm, topped with ice cream and/or whipping cream. Yum!
