Crust:
1 1/2 c flour
7 1/2 T powdered sugar
3/4 c sugar

Filling:
1 1/2 c white sugar
1/4 c flour
2 c cubed rhubarb
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Make crust and pat in 9 x 13 pan like a pie crust. Bake 15 min at 350.

Filling: sift together sugar and flour. Add rhubarb to sifted flour and sugar mixture. Add eggs and pour onto baked crust and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Cut and serve warm.
