1 pkg (24 oz) frozen hashbrowns
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 carton (8 oz) sour cream
1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Crisp bacon, crumbled (optional)

Combine all ingredients in bowl, except bacon, parsley & paprika. Put into grease 9x13 glass baking pan. Sprinkle with bacon, parsley & paprika.
Bake uncovered 1-1/2 hours at 300.
