1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup warm cream
3/4 pound ground beef
1/4 pound ground pork
1/2 cup milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon allspice
4 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Soak crumbs in cream and combine with meats. Add milk and
remaining ingredients. Form balls and brown in butter. Bake in
350 oven until done.
