2 packages of frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1 cup parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 medium onions, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and roll into small balls. Freeze on
cookie sheet, then put in plastic bags once frozen. When ready
to serve, bake frozen at 350º oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly
browned and hot.
Yields: 80-85
