8 -10 potatoes, peeled & sliced
1/2 tsp. dried onion
Milk to cover potatoes
1 c. diced ham
Salt & pepper
1 -1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
4 - 5 thin slices butter/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray casserole with Pam.
Mix potatoes, dried onion, ham, and salt & pepper. Spread out in casserole dish.
Shake flour & 1 c. milk together in jar - pour over potatoes.
Put 4-5 thinly sliced butter/margarine pads on top of milk.
Bake at 350F for 60 -75 minutes. If want browned on top, turn oven to 375F halfway through baking.
