1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs (room temperature works best)
3 ripe bananas mashed
3 T hot water
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Dissolve baking soda in hot water and add to the creamed mixture.
3. Add flour mix, orange juice, and banana's.
4. Bake in a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
