1/2 pound velveeta cheese
2 sticks of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
32 ounces of powdered sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Spray and 8x8 pan with butter flavor pam and set aside.

Sift together cocoa and powdered sugar and cocoa and set aside.

Over medium heat melt the velvetta and butter and constantly stir until melted and smooth in consistency. Remove from the heat and add nuts and vanilla.

Stir together and then add powdered sugar/cocoa mix and pat into pan.

Chill until firm. Keep cool until ready to serve.
