2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. vanilla


Powdered sugar frosting & ground peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar beat hard. Add water & vanilla, then dry ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 350º, check after 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly, cut into squares. Frost all sides of sqaures with a powedered sugar frosting, and roll in peanuts.
