1 can sliced pineapple (cut in pieces)
1 pkg marshmallows
1/4 lb. nuts
1 lb. seedless grapes

Lemon sauce:
2 eggs
juice of 2 lemons
2 T. sugar
1/4 c. cream or milk
1/2 pt. whipped cream (whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple chunks, marshmallows, nuts and grapes.

To make lemon sauce, combine eggs, lemon juice, sugar and milk. Cook until thick. Cool, then mix with fruit and add whipped cream. Refrigerate.

Grandma's notes "I do not like that many marhsmallows and juice of 2 lemons makes it plenty tart".

Obviously this recipe was prior to pineapple chunks being available on the grocery store shelves!
