4 Chicken breasts, boneless
3 T Flour
1 1/2 Oil
1/4 C Green onions, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 C Chicken broth
1/4 C Wine, white dry
2 T Lemon juice
2 T Parsley
1 T Lemon peel
Salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken to 1/4" thick and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place flour in bowl. Lightly coat chicken with flour and transfer to skillet and cook uintil brown and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.

Transfer chicken to plate and keep warm.

Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in same skillet over low heat. Add green onions and garlic, saute until tender.

Stir in broth and wine scrdaping browned bits from pan.

Add lemon juice and 2 tablespoons choopped parsley.

Increase heat to high and bring to a boil, simmering about 3 minutes.

Mix in peel of lemon and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Return chicken to pan and simmer in sauce untel heated through turn to coat.

Transfer chicken to plate, spoon juices over chicken and sprinkle with remaining parsley.
