1 QT CHOPPED ONIONS
1 QT CHOPPED CELERY
2 PADS OF BUTTER (ADD MORE IF NEEDED)
MASH POTATOES. SHE DIDN'T SPECIFY HOW MUCH
SALT AND PEPPER
2 LOAFS DRIED BREAD
1 ITALIAN BREAD NOT SLICED
1 SMALL PKG PEPPRIDGE FARM FINE POULTRY SEASON
BREAD STUFFING.
CINNAMON ALLSPICE GROUND CLOVE TO TASTE
POULTRY SEASONING

Directions:
Directions:
IN LARGE POT, SAUTE ONIONS AND CELERY. ADD
PORK AND HAMBURG SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
COOK UNTIL COMPLETELY DONE. SEPARATE INTO 2 POTS.
ADD MASH POTATOES 1/2 INTO EACH POT.
