1/2 C Sour cream
1/2 oz Package Baby shrimp
2 T Mayo
1/4 C Celery, finely chopped
1/4 C Water chestnuts, finely chopped
2 T Green onions, finely chopped
1 t Soy sauce
Pinch Ground ginger
1/16 t Garlic powder
1/16 t Salt/Pepper

Directions:

Coarsely chop shrimp.

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well combined.

Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.

Serve with veggie dippers such as bell pepper strips, clelerly, snap peas, mushrooms...etc.

Also good with wheat thin crackers
