3 c reduced-sodium vegetable broth or water
1/2 c brown basmati rice
1 1/2 tbsp. grapeseed oil or canola oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c dhopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth, rice, and oil in medium saucepan and bring nearly to a boil over high heat. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook about 50 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat and let stand 10 min.

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Add cilantro and lemon juice and fluff rice with fork.
