1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/3 c nonfat dry milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp (rounded) ground cardamom
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 c warm 2% milk
1/3 c honey
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coarse sugar

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

Combine flour, dry milk, baking powder, cardamom, and salt in medium bowl. In separate medium bowl, blend milk, honey, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir in dry ingredients until just combined. (There will be some lumps in the loose dough.)

Knead briefly, until dough just comes together. Transfer dough onto lightly floured surface and pat into 9" x 3" rectangle.

Using long knife, divide rectangle into 3 squares. Then cut each square diagonally to make 6 triangles. Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Bake in center of oven 6 minutes. Sprinkle tops with sugar and bake 8 minutes more. Cool completely on racks.
