Onions
Carrots
Celery
4 chicken boullion cubes
1/3 c. butter
1 T. parsley
5 c. water
1 c. evaporated milk
1 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up potatoes, carrots, onions and celery. Barely cover them with water, and boil until done. Do not drain. Add remaining ingredients. Heat, but do not boil. Serve with a hot pat of butter & top w/ crumbled bacon.

Potatoes soaked in salt water 20 minutes before baking will bake more rapidly.
