16 oz cream cheese, softened
16 oz sour cream
16 oz ricotta cheese
4 eggs
4 oz melted butter
3 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp corn starch
1-1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom and sides of a 12" springform pan with foil. Grease foil with butter. Preheat oven to 325º. In a large bowl add the cheeses and sour cream and whip until very creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add melted butter. Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the cheese mixture along with vanilla and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour into pan and bake 1-1/2 hours, shut oven off and keep cake in oven for one more hour to let it set. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
