2 14oz Cans Creamed corn
3/4 C Milk
2 Eggs, beaten
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
3/4 C Crackers, soda or ritz, crumpled
3 T Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix teh corn, eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a casserole dish.

Mix in half the cracker crumbs.

Mix the remaining crumbs with the butter and sprinkle on top of the corn.

Bake uncovered in a 325ºF oven for 1 hour.
