1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
l c. cornflakes
1 c. chopped pecans
l c. chopped dates (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla. Beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients and blend. Fold in dry cereal, pecans and dates. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375º about 14 min.
