2-3 lb Pork loin roast, boneless
2 T Flour
1 T Caraway seed
2 C Applesauce
2 C Brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt, pepper, caraway seed adn flour together and rub in to roast.

Set aside for 30 minutes to allow mixture to work.

Place in pre heated 350 oven for 1 hour.

Mix applesauce and brown sugar together adn pour roast. Continue baking for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done.
