2 Pork chops
3/4 T Oil
1/4 C Beer
1/2 t Corn starch
3/4 T Flour
1 Med Onion, chopped
1/4 C Beef broth, hot

Directions:
Directions:
Season chops with salt and pepper, coat with flour.

Heat oil in a heavy fry pan. Add chops and fry for 3 minutes on each side.

Add onions, cook for another 5 minutes, turning chops once.

Pour in beer and beef broth, cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Remove chops to a preheated polatter. Season sauce to taste.

Blend corn starch with a small amount of cold water. Stir into sauce until thick and bubbly. Pour over pork chops.

Serve with vegtables and boiled potatoes.
