1/16 t Salt and Pepper
1/2 Med Onion, thickly sliced
2 t Mayonnaise
2 T Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Pre heat oven to 325º.

Lightly grease a medium baking dish.

sprinkly pork chops with salt and pepper. Place in prepared baking dish adn top each with onion slices.

Spread onion with mayonnaise and sprinkly with parmesan cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour until pork chops are tender.
