3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
8 oz. low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. fat-free milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. of quick oats

OPTIONAL
1 c. chopped walnuts
1-1/2 c. of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk and vanilla. Wisk flour and baking soda together and add to the above mixture. Add 3 c. of oats.

Bake: 350 degrees for 28-32 minutes in UNGREASED METAL PAN, 13" x 9"
